We combine crisp, fresh red cabbage for the ideal texture, alongside our carefully marinated tofu that’s been vacuum-sealed for approximately 48 hours to absorb every drop of aromatic marinade. The sweet and savoury caramelised red onions provide that rich note that delivers that irresistible sweetness, while fresh rocket with its peppery kick and juicy tomato slices complete this little symphony.
