CAM´BERT (plant-based alternative to Camembert)

Our Cam’bert is a homage to the French classic, carefully aged for at least 2 weeks until it’s fully enveloped in a beautiful white mold, with each wheel being hand-turned daily throughout this process. The result is a velvety rind that encases a creamy core. The mild, slightly cheesy fl avour and perfect consistency make it the highlight of any cheeze platter. Let it ripen at room temperature and enjoy it with a fresh baguette and a glass of wine.
When freshly wrapped, the cheeze is mild and creamy, but the longer it ripens in its specifi c Cam’bert paper, the fi rmer the consistency becomes and the more intense the aroma develops. Discover which ripening stage suits your taste preferences best.

CURADO (plant-based alternative to semi-soft aged cheese)

A distinguished aged cheeze, crafted with patience and care. Each wheel matures for a minimum of 4 weeks, during which it is regularly washed with brine to develop its complex fl avour profi le and distinctive character. This traditional process encourages the formation of a fi rm rind while preserving a luscious, semi-soft interior – offering the perfect balance of robust intensity and creamy delicacy.
As the cheeze ages beyond 4 weeks, it transforms gradually from the outside in: the texture becomes fi rmer and more concentrated, while the fl avours grow deeper and more nuanced.
Here’s where the magic really begins: Unlike some conventional cheese that simply expires, our Curado alternatives become better with time – often staying delicious well beyond their best-before date. Think of it as a fi ne wine that keeps improving in your fridge.
The plot twist: After months of patient aging, you can literally grate this as Parmesan substitute. From spreadable to shreddable, all naturally.

VEGAZOLA (plant-based alternative to blue cheese)

For connoisseurs seeking refi ned character: Our Vegazola captivates with its delicate blue veins and gentle, nuanced aroma reminiscent of a smooth, mild Gorgonzola. This exceptional creation demands patience, requiring at least 4 weeks of careful maturation and daily hand-turned. During the fi rst two weeks,
the blue mold completely envelops the wheel, which is then skillfully broken by hand and reassembled, creating the signature blue lines throughout the cheeze. After another two weeks in our aging chamber, it’s once again covered in mold before being wrapped in special blue cheeze paper for a fi nal week, developing its full splendor.
Initially soft in texture with a gentle fl avor profi le, Vegazola gradually transforms as it ages—the consistency becomes fi rmer while the taste intensifi es subtly. What our customers particularly treasure is its remarkable balance, offering the complexity of blue cheeze without the overwhelming intensity of Roquefort.

Perfect for: Cheeze platter, pasta, risotto, salad, burger or simply enjoyed on its own with pears and walnuts.
